The development of an accurate quantity takeoff contributes significantly to estimation costs, project success, and client satisfaction. An accurate cost estimate can help to empower construction professionals and project owners to make informed decisions and efficiently manage projects.
Course Rationale
This course is intended to prepare students to evaluate project costs with precision. By analyzing materials, labor and other resources, the estimator can create a detailed cost projection that will guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
