In today's complex workplace, a leader must provide focus, timely guidance and develop their team's strengths - all, while supporting the team in the development of habits and behaviors which enhance peak performance.

We begin with a deeper understanding of the leader's approach to teamwork through The Five Behaviors® Personal Development which teaches individuals to become better teammates by integrating the model from Patrick Lencioni's book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

This powerful experience assesses an individual's approach to teamwork, provides personalized insights on how they can more effectively work with others, and teaches participants the critical behaviors and interpersonal skills needed to work together effectively.

Lencioni's model focuses on developing high-performing teams through five key behaviors:  Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

The Five Behaviors offers adaptive, research-validated testing through an individual assessment. After taking the assessment, participants receive a precise, personalized profile that deepens their understanding of self, their work style, and others in their organization.

Additionally, there are many skills in play which enable the leader to build an effective team. With the myriad demands on the leader's skills, it may be daunting to know what to prioritize. We distill this into the most critical components which provide the anchors that allow for the right priorities.
