Fire Officer II (Hybrid Course)

This course is based on NFPA 1021 "Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications". This course is a combination of online and classroom sessions.

In-class meeting dates at PLCC:  Oct. 30; Nov. 6 & 13

Fire Officer II will be begin with initial contact (via email) on 10/23. The classroom presentations will be 10/30, 11/6 and 11/13-with the final exam being due by 11/15.

The students will receive their course login prior to the first meeting and will be responsible to have several assignments and quizzes completed prior to the start of the first class. Due dates and assignments will be clearly communicated well ahead of the first start date. The time period in between classes will allow for assignment and mid term exam completion as well as avoid conflict with State Fire School.
