Fire Safety Inspector

This 80 hour course is designed to meet the requirements for State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector. This class meets certification requirements established by the Ohio Department of Public Safety and NFPA 1031, Fire Inspector Professional Qualifications.

Dates:  Sept. 27, 2021 through Nov. 12, 2021. The first day of class is Sept. 27th at 0830 and will be an in-person class.  The class will be hybrid format.  The class will then move to online distance learning through IFSTA Resource from Sept. 27 - Nov. 7 (six weeks).  The class will meet again from Nov, 8-12 from 0830 to 1730. Hands-On Testing TBD.

The state certification test is TBD
Location:  Sept. 27 will be held in the Polsky Building Room 313, 225 S. Main Street, Akron.

Tuition: $675.00 (textbook not included)
