Leaders today face enormous challenges with employee motivation, navigating change and building work relationships. Our Leadership Essentials program instills the basic skills necessary for any supervisor or manager and builds on these essential skills so that in six days, you will be prepared to supervise effectively, help your employees achieve their goals, and contribute to your company's productivity and success.
This course is a performance-based, learner-focused program. The program is facilitated by Darla Klein who is the course author and is a certified facilitator for DDI, DiSC® (Inscape Publishing), VisionPoint and other widely used programs. Darla's strength is providing "real-world" business experience and insights in a collaborative environment. She has a background as a business leader, with over 20 years' experience at every level of several international manufacturing and government organizations. She has over ten years' experience across a wide range of business, industry, government, healthcare and service organizations as an independent consultant.
