Putting It All Together. This course is intended to provide live fire experience for the "First Due" engine, centered around operations during the first 10 minutes on scene. Crews will be encouraged to make decisions and operate, true to THEIR departments own staffing, SOP/SOG's, and tactics. Emphasis will be placed on "doing more with less" on today's routinely short-staffed fire-grounds.
Class will meet on March 27, 2019 from 0800 to 1600 hours (extra time if needed after class)
Required Equipment: Turnout gear, SCBA, water bottle. There will be a working lunch (not provided)
Prerequisite: Participants must get a Chief or Training Officer's approval prior to the start of class.
Location: Portage Lakes Career Center, 4401 Shriver Road, Uniontown, OH 44685
