Fire Safety Inspector

This 80 hour course is designed to meet the requirements for State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector. This class meets certification requirements established by the Ohio Department of Public Safety and NFPA 1031, Fire Inspector Professional Qualifications.

Dates: Oct. 26 to Nov. 9, 2026, Mon-Fri from 0900 to 1700. This class will be an in-person class.

The state certification test is TBD

Tuition: $675.00 (textbook not included)

Students must bring the 2025 Ohio Fire Code book to class. The Fire Code book is used heavily starting on the first day.
