The one-day (8 hours) “Credentialing: A Pathway to Personal and Professional Excellence” workshop prepares fire and emergency service personnel to use the “whole” officer model to conduct a personal self-assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses and develop a personal plan to get to the next level.
