Marketing and Sales Analytics

Provide professionals who are responsible for analyzing customer data an opportunity to develop the skills to provide the clients with actionable marketing intelligence gleaned from the customer, sales force, channel, promotion and competitor databases that are now pervasive in the business world. By developing the skills, the professionals will have more effective customer leads, while also being able to communicate with the current customers in a more effective and personalized manner. The course will utilize the resources available through the Marketing & Sales Analytics lab at The Taylor Institute in order to deliver an analytics course.
