This intensive 3-day program is designed to elevate your leadership skills through practical application and actionable insights.

Day 1:
Begin by crafting your personal leadership model, focusing on your core values, roles, and responsibilities. We will delve into how these elements can help you build trust and communicate effectively to achieve success. This session is designed to empower anyone in a management role to engage, motivate, and develop their team. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, learning to appreciate the diverse behavioral preferences and tendencies each person brings to the workplace. By integrating the DiSC® assessment with personalized management insights, you will learn to adapt your leadership approach to suit each team member, enhancing your management effectiveness in real-time.

Day 2:
We will explore the art of building rapport, refining your listening skills, and managing workplace conflict. This day will equip you with the tools to strengthen relationships and confidently address challenges. Before this session, you will complete a Productive Conflict assessment, which will increase your self-awareness around conflict behaviors and help you respond effectively to the inevitable challenges of workplace conflict. This learning experience builds on the personalized insights from DiSC®, combined with cognitive behavioral theory, to help you transform destructive habits into more productive responses.

Day 3:
On the final day, the focus shifts to unlocking the potential within your team. You will discover strategies to inspire high performance and deliver developmental feedback. We will cover techniques for providing both positive reinforcement and guidance for improvement. Additionally, you will learn to read the emotional and interpersonal dynamics of any situation and respond effectively. By blending the personalized insights from DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, you will adopt an agile approach to workplace interactions, enabling you to meet the demands of typical workplace scenarios. The outcome is improved workplace relationships that drive results.

Throughout the program, you will engage with leadership theories that are firmly rooted in practice, making complex concepts accessible and actionable. By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive leadership plan that transforms your new insights into effective leadership actions.
