Program Overview
For the first time in history, five generations are working side by side. From Traditionalists to Gen Z, today's workplace reflects an extraordinary mix of experiences, expectations, and communication styles. While this diversity brings tremendous opportunity for creativity and performance, it also requires managers and supervisors to lead with greater awareness, flexibility, and skill.
Leading Across Generations: What Managers Need to Know (-or- From Boomers to Zoomers: Leading a Multi-Generational Workplace) is an interactive 4-hour professional development workshop that helps leaders understand the motivations, strengths, and communication preferences of each generation-and how to apply that knowledge to real-world management challenges. Participants will explore how to give and receive feedback effectively, adapt their direction and delegation style, and foster a culture of respect and inclusion across age groups.
Through case studies, discussion, and self-assessment, supervisors and managers at all experience levels will gain practical tools to connect more effectively with their teams, improve collaboration, and lead with confidence in a multi-generational workplace.
